Pest control for Enterprise properties

The city’s connection to Fort Novosel means some residents move in and out on military schedules, and rental homes may have frequent turnover. That makes clear inspection notes and communication with owners or property managers useful when a pest concern is reported between occupants. A new tenant can identify signs, but the owner may need to arrange access to adjoining rooms, storage spaces, or shared areas. In a military-family rental, note which rooms show signs and share that with the property manager.

Enterprise has established homes, newer development, apartments, and properties at the edge of town. A shaded foundation, stored boxes, a garage, or a yard mound can each call for a closer look. We inspect the areas you point out and check nearby conditions.

Pests to watch for in Enterprise

Warm, humid weather supports outdoor ant, mosquito, and stinging-insect activity for much of the year. Fire ant mounds often become more noticeable in spring through fall, particularly after rain or yard work. Mosquito concerns often rise during warmer months when water remains in containers, gutters, or low spots. Eaves, sheds, and sheltered edges can also provide places where wasps or hornets may nest.

Indoors, roaches and rodents are not limited to one season. Kitchens, utility spaces, garages, and rental homes between occupants can show signs such as droppings, damaged packaging, or activity near plumbing and appliances. Bed bugs may travel with belongings and can affect any home or lodging; a bite alone is not enough to identify them. Correct identification helps direct the next step. During a turnover, include kitchen appliances, utility areas, and stored belongings in the inspection notes.

How Pest-Ex serves Enterprise

We start with where activity appears, how long it has been happening, and which parts of the property need attention. The inspection identifies likely pests, active areas, and conditions around them. Then we explain the service plan, covered spaces, and any preparation or access needed.

Ask about recurring service if you want scheduled checks through changing seasons. Rental owners and managers can coordinate access and share residents’ observations. Business owners can point out entrances, food or storage areas, and operating hours. The findings guide follow-up for your home, rental, or business. If activity appears between visits, send the date and location so the technician can focus the next check.

Between professional visits

  • Keep food, animal feed, and garbage in closed containers, and clean spills promptly.
  • After rain, check outdoor containers and gutters for water that can be emptied or cleared.
  • Seal or report visible gaps around utility lines, doors, vents, and stored-building materials.
  • When moving into a rental, note where and when you see activity and tell the property manager.

Called a pest control company and they never responded. Called Pest-Ex and they sent a tech out the very next day. Steve was very professional and a joy to talk with. He sprayed the perimeter of the house and I started to see the effects immediately. He didn't try to upsell any services that I didn't need. Pest-Ex earned my trust! Their rates are fair and reasonable if not better than the national chains. With that being said, we signed up for the quarterly treatment option. I don't normally give 5 stars, but Pest-Ex really impressed me!!! Thank you Pest-Ex!
